Order Process

It's Going To Be Purr-fect

We wanted to let you know how your order will be put together, from its start in our timber mill right the way through to your chosen address. We will take great care with your order, just as we have worked hard to do for all our customers through the decades.

First your order goes into processing when you receive your order confirmation email. We will check if you haven’t missed anything off your order list that you might realise you need or want to add, to avoid any delay later on.

The next phase is order planning. We co-ordinate resources & materials ready to build your new garden building. Tiger buildings are constructed from high grade slow-grown timber which requires cutting in our own wood mill to preserve quality.

Once that is done, the building moves into the manufacturing stage. Here it will be hand-built by our craftsmen in our Yorkshire workshop, using thick cut timber. This can sometimes take time as different batches of timber can be allocated to produce different sections of each building range. As your order components progress through the workshop, the logistics team take over and will contact you with a provisional week for delivery.

At this point, your order will then start preparing for dispatch, as shipping arrangements are finalised and the plans are checked for secure packing and delivery runs are allocated.

You will then be given a delivery slot which you can accept or decline (though please note that rejecting a slot may incur additional delay while a new slot is found). Once accepted, your order is allocated and awaits its turn to be dispatched to your chosen delivery address.

We will keep you updated with progress by email throughout the process, with emails to help and inform you. You can also see for yourself, clicking on the Tracking link at the top of every page on tigersheds.com and entering your order reference and your delivery address postcode.
